Kiki Loveless is the queen of pop music and has done it all on her own, without a man’s help. So, when her record label hires a bodyguard, she’s determined to protect her independence by driving him away, convinced her trusty can of mace can do the same job just as effectively as any security team. She soon realizes that might be a challenge: Her new bodyguard is Josh Coleman, a hunky former classmate who’s surprisingly persistent and worse, remembers how gangly and shy she was before she became a music powerhouse.
