Having precog abilities didn’t guarantee having answers, but it did mean Walker knew when trouble was in a specific area. In this case, it was Finland, and it involved someone associated with Levi and a friend to Walker. So he wants in on this job–even if Levi doesn’t have a job there. Yet.
